RePlast – Building with Recycled Consumer Packaging

As a packaging design company we are always on the look out for new innovations that reuse and recycle the consumer packaging that we create for our clients.

This New Zealand invention turns post-consumer waste plastic into blocks that are the same size as regular concrete blocks for an alternative building material.

These blocks have 95% lower green house gas emissions compared to concrete and have high thermal and acoustic insulation.

What a fantastic recycling solution.
